Brand Multiple Personality Disorder

Sometimes, brand identity crisis is caused by the saturation of online process. So, before we design backgrounds, create online profiles, define usernames, we have to take a step back and visualize the whole picture: Create an identity assessments and planning a strategy to enforce the brand personality center. Creating an online presence means more than making a to do list. Brand profile should reflect the corporate soul and personality.  As a Facebook page administrator, you have to keep the spirti and identity that you've been working at. It's not your personale profile page, so remember that you don't have to put you'r personal feelings and frustrations there. Think as a brand should do! 

Shaping a brand persone with no moral issues or brain damage, it may take a while, because it's a process, not a short list. 

First of all we should start with core values. Because it's a "person" has values. Here, the most important aspect that i should highlight is the Ergo :-) Ergo is the process of corporate soul searching, that may generate varying brand attributes. The set of core values must be consistent, because they are like a framework for the culture and cummunities that we are about to build around our brand. 

Shaping the brand persona is like telling a story  :-) In every experience there are always three sides of storytelling: what's said, what you've heard and what story tells you about herself. After you've done your job as brand persona creator, you have to face the real brand persona: "Your brand is what people say about you, when you're not in the room", Jeff Bezos, Founder of Amazon
