  • Lead generation is the number one objective and challenge for B2B marketers
  • 1 of 3 B2B marketers don't know which channel generate the most revenue.
  • the top marketers in the world are measuring success by calculating: conversation rate, website traffic and total lead volume. 
  • 54% of B2B marketers said that they generate leads and revenue from social media 
B2C

  • driving sales is the number one objective for marketers and the main reason why they are investing in digital marketing
  • 25% of the marketing budget goes to online
  •  over 50% of the B2C marketers plan to spend more on content creation, social media communication and SEO
  • 60% of the B2C marketers said that they generate leads and revenue from social media 
  • 3 of 4 marketers plan to spend more on mobile in 2014
  • inability to prove ROI in the number one obstacle in massive budget increasing for social media communication
