Case Study: AirFrance - Upgrade Challenge

Air France came up with an idea, which allows passangers to upgrade themselves. Introducing the first mobile game that lets travelers compete for an upgrade, while waiting for their flight.

The bording gates from Changi Airport (Singapore) and Kansai Airport (Osaka) were transformed into a gaming arena, where travelers compete to win a sit in the new business cabin.
